Main Features:
The machine, compact in construction and small in space, is package
dyeing machine with a vertical cylindrical vessel.
Low liquor ratio, less consumption of water, electricity, steam and
dyestuff. With temperature program control, automatic liquor reverse
control, the machine ensures a good dyeing quality and easy operation
and maintenance.
A pneumatic system for lifting and closing the vessel lid together
with a safety locking device for opening the lid ensures safe and
reliable operation.
Dye liquor can be circulated in one direction or reverse direction
by using a highly corrosion-resisting centrifugal pump or mix pump
and a reversing device . the yarn carriers are available to meet the
requirements of dyeing different package yarns or hank yarn or zip
tape . |
